You can use your LMT Karte to call all numbers beginning with 800 unless their owners have asked to close them.


Can I keep my number when I substitute my LMT Karte with a post-paid plan?

Yes, you will be able to keep your number when you substitute your LMT Karte with a post-paid LMT plan.



Can I replace the SIM card of my LMT Karte if it is damaged or lost?

Yes, you can replace your SIM card at any LMT Customer Service Center.
If you would like to activate a lost LMT Karte, you will have to submit a request and provide the PIN 1.


What is a registered customer of an LMT Karte?
You can start using your LMT Karte immediately after its purchase – no further action is needed.
But if you would like to use additional benefits, please fill in a registration request form at any LMT customer service center. We will ask you to provide the original PIN1 code, as well to produce your ID (registration possible only from the age of 18).

You will not have to remember the original PIN1 code in the future, when you call the LMT 24/7 Infoline or receive services at an LMT customer service center (substitution of a lost or stolen SIM card, replacement of a pre-payment scheme with a post-payment scheme, etc.).
