Every LMT Karte has three expiry dates: expiry date of the balance, use-by date and a validity period.
It is a period of time that starts when you activate your LMT Karte during which you can use any funds available on your LMT Karte to receive our services.
The validity period is indicated on the packaging of your LMT Karte. It is the date by which your LMT Karte should be activated.
If an LMT Karte is refilled with lower and higher denomination renewal cards, expiry date of the balance and use-by date of the higher denomination renewal card apply.
If you miss the use-by date, i.e. you have not refilled you LMT Karte during this period of time, you have to call the 24/7 toll-free LMT Infoline 80768076 or come to an LMT Customer Service Center to ask to reactivate the number. The number can be reactivated free of charge within 6 months after the expiry of the use-by date.
