How can I return goods purchased in the LMT e-store?
When purchasing goods in the e-store, a 14-day right of withdrawal is valid, and they can be returned to any LMT Customer Centre in a complete set or sent to us remotely: https://www.lmt.lv/lv/ateikums. Find out more about the right of withdrawal HERE.
Copy How will I get a refund for a returned product?
The amount paid will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made, within 10 days from the moment of returning the product. The cost of the monthly payments will be recalculated and used as an advance for the next month's payment.
Does the right of withdrawal apply to all goods?
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for individual goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply (for example, earphones).

- within 14 days of receiving the goods you have not applied to LMT with a filled in electronic or paper withdrawal application;
- if the goods are not in full set;
- if you are a legal entity;
- if you have purchased the goods on site in the shop.
