If you have any suspicion that your SIM card is damaged, come to the closest LMT Customer Service Center – we will check if it functions. If the SIM card is damaged, we will substitute it.
You can exchange your SIM card at any LMT Customer Service Center and keep your current number.
It is possible that you may see an error message when you insert a SIM card in your phone.
Enter PUK code
It means that the PIN code of your phone is locked. The original PIN and PUK codes are indicated on the packaging of your SIM card – please enter the PUK1 code and your phone will be unlocked! If you have not kept the packaging, please call 8076 8076.
SIM card cannot be registered
It is possible that this SIM card is not active. Please call 8076 8076.
Insert SIM card
Make sure that your SIM card is correctly inserted. Try to take it out and then reinsert – in most cases this simple fix solves the problem.
If you still see an error message on your screen or there is a message that is not described here, and you do not know how to proceed – call 8076 8076 at any time.
Micro SIM card is smaller than the regular SIM card – only 15x12 mm. You will need a micro card if you have one of the latest smart phone models, e.g. iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, etc.
