Monthly cost control is available in many countries – it will help to optimize your Internet costs abroad and avoid huge bills.
Copy Pursuant to the EU rules, as of 01 July 2012 60 € per month is the maximum data consumption limit in other countries. When it is reached, access to the Internet is restricted. To avoid this inconvenience, set the limit yourself! This amount can be as low as 35 €, but please note that it may not exceed your maximum cost control total for the consumption of data abroad, namely, 140 € for individuals, 285 € for VIP customers and legal entities, 425 € for business customers, 700 € for corporate customers – it may not exceed your total credit limit, either.
If your need the Internet immediately and you cannot wait for the next month, and your maximum cost control limit for the consumption of data in other countries has not yet been reached, you can increase this amount at any moment. See HOW TO SIGN UP or call us from abroad by dialing +37129319911 (or 8076 8076 from Latvia) even when you have reached your maximum cost control limit, but still need access to the Internet.
If you do not require cost control messages (e.g., you have subscribed to the Internet in Travel+ and the data allowances are added automatically), it is possible to ask not to send these messages by texting VGI- to 1688. If necessary, you can reactivate this option by texting VGI+ to the same number.
Important!
When you deactivate the Internet cost control messages, you will not receive DAILY (useful, if you have Internet in Travel) or MONTHLY cost control messages about your data consumption abroad.
